You begin with a cover page for selecting the appropriate report set for new reports and managing existing reports. Completed forms are guaranteed to be accepted by your state's DOT because they are exact replicas of the state paper forms. |

Most state accident reports require a diagram or sketch. Every S.T.A.R.S. accident form is seamlessly integrated with The CAD Zone's diagramming programs: The Crash Zone or Quick Scene.
